Care begins

We set a start date and ship the tablet. We ship our tablet directly to the older adult, it is a simple set up done in a few steps and if they need help, we are on standby. Once set up, everything is straightforward and simple. It is technology designed for older adults with no experience with technology.☺

* Care management tasks include reading reports, adding notes to reports and setting reminders. All plans come with up to 1 hour a month of outside normal check-ins included.

INF Care Virtual Home Care is a non-medical companion care service. It can be used to supplement other forms of care, but our focus is keeping seniors independent.
What happens when we need more hands on care?
We work with local home care agencies to make that transition of care easy.
Who does the care?
We only work with local state licensed home care agencies and their staff. We background check, vett and train each caregiver as though they were taking care of our family member.
How is the service billed?
Monthly, cancel anytime.
Is WIFI required?
Yes, but if Wifi isn't available, we may have other options. Please contact us if that is the case.
